Rezoning & Strategic Planning
Some sites need a change to the planning controls before their potential can be realised. We prepare planning proposal reports to support rezoning applications and guide clients through the process with council and the NSW Government.
We have also worked with a number of Sydney councils on strategic planning documents, including Local Environmental Plans (LEPs) and Development Control Plans (DCPs).
