Development consent is the goal, and we keep it in mind at every step. We break each project into clear stages to maximise certainty – from pre-DA advice and design development, through lodgement, and on through assessment right up to determination.
Our Statements of Environmental Effects are clear and comprehensive, and address all relevant matters under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. A well-prepared SEE makes a real difference in the assessment process.
We also prepare section 4.55 modification applications and reviews of determination (Division 8.2) when a consent needs to change or an application has been refused. Projects range from single dwellings and change of use applications to large residential, commercial and industrial developments.
