Wynne Planning is a boutique planning consultancy located in southern Sydney.
 We provide effective advice across a spectrum of development services. Although much of our work is within the Sutherland and St George areas our client base takes us all over Sydney and occasionally into greater Sydney and regional NSW. Communication is paramount for all of our projects and we like to keep you in the loop throughout the planning process. We provide simple, clear, yet thorough written documentation. And we always look to make sure enough work is done in the pre lodgment phase to give you the best chance of success once an application is lodged. We regularly work with other specialists and, where required, can bring together a team to take you step by step through the development process.
Advice & Feasibility

Every site has its potential and its limitations when viewed through the lens of planning controls and environmental analysis. Wynne Planning assist clients in understanding both the opportunities and constraints of each land parcel when they are looking to buy, develop or sell. We can provide verbal advice and a written site appraisal if required. Many of our appraisals are an important first step in the development process because they provide a preliminary development scenario test.

Development Proposals

The development application (DA) consent is the goal – and we keep that in mind at all times. To this end we like to break each project down into definable steps so that we maximize certainty in the achieving the goal. We are usually involved from the pre DA stage, through to design development and lodgment, and we stay involved through the assessment phase, right up to the consent. Our projects range from single dwellings and change of use applications up to much larger commercial, residential and industrial buildings. The Statement of Environmental Effects reports accompanying all of our applications are clear and comprehensive and address all relevant matters under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. They make a difference in the assessment process. We also produce Section 96 (modification of consent) and Section 82A (review of determination) planning reports when required.

Rezoning & Strategic Planning

Wynne Planning offer a range of services to help unlock the development potential of certain parcels of land. We prepare planning proposal reports to accompany rezoning applications and have been involved with a number of Sydney councils in the preparation of strategic planning documents including Local Environmental Plans (LEP’s) and Development Control Plans (DCP’s).
